DTA sales and servicing covers all Melbourne metropolitan areas. We have assisted individuals and companies in Clayton, Dandenong, Moorabbin, Frankston, Caulfield, and numerous other suburbs in and around Melbourne. Outside of Melbourne's 50km radius, we may be able to assist you, however a travel surcharge of $2 per km would be applicable. Please contact our office for further information.

• HELP - my washing machine isn't working !
  Before I contact Dom Tech Appliances, is there anything I should check ?

Before requesting a DTA technician to service your washing machine, we suggest checking the following:

• Both water taps are turned on fully
• The power connection is working correctly ie. Test the power point with another appliance
• The lint filter (if your machine has one) has been cleaned and replaced in its correct position
• That nothing is caught in the door seal and that the door is closed fully
• The 'delay start' (if your machine has one) function isn't set
• Your load is balanced evenly
• Ensure that you have been using the correct detergent (we use and recommend OmoMatic Concentrate for front loaders) and the correct quantity

Dom Tech Appliances provides complete manuals for all new appliances purchased. However, should you require a manual, please contact the DTA Office and we will be pleased to assist.
